Prabha Energy converts nearly 9.5 million shares following call money receipt

Prabha Energy Limited’s Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors approved the conversion of 9,513,903 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs 1 each, having an issue price of Rs 144 per share, following the receipt of Second and Final Call Money along with the First Call Money, as per disclosures made on July 3, 2026, and July 14, 2026. The conversion included 8,795,395 shares previously 67% partly paid and 718,508 shares previously 34% paid.
