TCS to acquire Porsche AG's MHP for €320 million, forging a five-year AI partnership

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will acquire 100% of MHP Management - und IT -Beratung GmbH, a subsidiary of Porsche AG, for an enterprise value of €320 million, as part of a strategic partnership between the two companies. The five-year deal includes a €1.25 billion strategic agreement for TCS to provide AI services to Porsche, and will establish an AI Mobility Centre of Excellence for the automaker. The acquisition, which is expected to close within 3-4 months, is subject to regulatory approvals and will anchor a long-term AI transformation partnership.
