Almondz Global Securities to demerge Infrastructure Advisory Business, creating Almondz Global Infra

Almondz Global Securities Ltd. announced a board decision to demerge its Infrastructure Advisory Business into Almondz Global Infra – Consultant Limited, subject to approvals from the National Company Law Tribunal, shareholders, and creditors. The demerger will involve the issuance of 666 shares of Almondz Global Infra – Consultant Limited for every 10,000 shares of Almondz Global Securities Ltd., along with convertible warrants, and will aim to unlock value and enable focused growth for both entities. The Infrastructure Advisory Business reported revenue of INR 80 million in 2023.
