O. P. Chains Limited, on August 24, 2026, announced that its board approved the appointment of Satish Kumar Goyal as Managing Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 25th Annual General Meeting, and appointed Moon Goyal as Whole-Time Director for five years, also pending shareholder consent. The board also approved the re-appointment of Ashok Kumar Goyal, and regularized the positions of Moon Goyal as Executive Non-Independent Director, Swapnla Gupta and Praneeta Varshney as Non-Executive Independent Directors, and authorized Satish Kumar Goyal and Moon Goyal to sign the company’s annual report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
