Jatalia Global Ventures Limited informed the BSE on August 24, 2026, that the first meeting of its Monitoring Committee will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 05:30 PM through electronic, audio & visual means, following an order dated July 9, 2026, by the National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench II approving a Resolution Plan submitted by Norfolk Technology Services Limited.
