Shish Industries Limited informed the BSE on August 24, 2026, that its board approved the re-appointment of M/s. V.M. Patel & Associates as cost auditor for the financial year 2026-27, altered the company’s Articles of Association to include a new Article 209 relating to “Marking of Specified Securities as Non-Transferable pursuant to Applicable Laws,” and appointed National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) as a Remote E-Voting Agency and M/s ALAP & Co. LLP as Scrutinizer for the Annual General Meeting.
