Transrail Lighting Limited will hold its 19th Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. (IST) via video conference or other audio visual means, with September 11, 2026, set as the record date for determining eligibility to receive a final dividend for the financial year 2025-26, which will be paid within 30 days of the meeting, and September 21, 2026, as the cut-off date for e-voting, to be conducted through Central Depository Services Limited between September 24, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. (IST) and September 27, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. (IST).
