KRANTI INDUSTRIES LIMITED will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on August 29, 2026, to consider and approve the draft Directors’ Report and Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, as well as to consider the creation of a mortgage, charge, or security interest on the company’s assets and the borrowing of monies, subject to member approval.
