South Indian Bank's committee granted equity shares, raising capital by Rs 93.59 crore

The South Indian Bank Ltd. announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee has allotted 11,14,858 equity shares on August 24, 2026, to eligible grantees upon exercise of stock options under the SIB ESOS Scheme – 2008, receiving a total of Rs 93,59,500.40, Rs 21,45,000.00, Rs 12,96,328.00, Rs 1,15,81,080.00 and Rs 50,399.00 from Tranche 12, Tranche 13, Tranche 14, Tranche 15 and Tranche 16 respectively; consequently, the issued and subscribed capital of the bank increased to Rs 2,61,93,01,068.00 divided into 2,61,93,01,068 equity shares of Re. 1 each.
