Federal Bank allotted 114,001 equity shares through employee stock option schemes

Federal Bank announced the allotment of 1,14,001 equity shares on August 22, 2026, following the exercise of stock options under its ESOS 2010, ESOS 2017, and ESIS 2023 schemes; 3,250 shares were allotted under the ESOS 2010 scheme, 1,06,656 shares under the ESOS 2017 scheme, and 4,125 shares under the ESIS 2023 scheme, all with a face value of Rs 2 each.
