Digilogic Systems approved up to Rs 5 Crores in loans and related party transactions

Digilogic Systems Limited approved a proposal to advance loans, guarantees, or create security up to an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 5 Crores to its subsidiary, ABHEDHYA SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED, and to enter into related party transactions with the same company up to an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 5 Crores. The company’s board also approved revisions to the variable remuneration of several managerial personnel, including Madhusudhan Varma Jetty, Radhika Varma Jetty, Jetty Shashank Varma, and Hitesh Varma Jetty, effective from fiscal year 2026-27.
