Gogia Capital Growth Limited to convene August board meeting for AGM preparations

Gogia Capital Growth Limited, formerly Gogia Capital Services Ltd, will hold a board meeting on August 29, 2026, to consider and approve the notice for its Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 29, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. via video conferencing, as well as to consider a proposal for reclassification of the status of a Promoter/Promoter Group, the appointment of M/s Arpit Garg & Associates as Scrutinizer, the appointment/re-appointment of a Statutory Auditor for a five-year term up to 2031, and the appointment of an Independent Director.
