TCC Concept Limited shareholders approved alterations to the Memorandum of Association

TCC Concept Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India that its shareholders approved alterations to the company’s Memorandum of Association through Postal Ballot on August 22, 2026. The changes include increasing the authorized share capital from Rs 40 crore, divided into 40 million equity shares of Rs 10 each, to Rs 60 crore, divided into 60 million equity shares of Rs 10 each, and the addition of clauses related to information technology solutions, business opportunities, retail establishments, and logistics services.
