Belding India approves Rajesh Vaishnav’s regularization as Non-Executive Independent Director

Belding India Limited, formerly known as Synthiko Foils Limited, announced that members of the company approved the regularization of Rajesh Chandrakant Vaishnav as a Non-Executive Independent Director, following a Postal Ballot remote e-voting that concluded on August 21, 2026. Vaishnav, who initially joined the board on May 22, 2026, will serve a five-year term, from May 22, 2026, to May 21, 2031, and is the founder of Vintage Cards and Creations Limited.
