Aarti Surfactants re-appointed Nikhil Desai as CEO for five years, effective August 2027

Aarti Surfactants Limited announced the re-appointment of Nikhil P. Desai as CEO & Managing Director for five years effective August 20, 2027, and Santosh M. Kakade as Executive Director for the same duration, both subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The company also appointed Prof. Vandana B. Patravale as an Additional Independent Director for five years, effective August 22, 2026, and altered the designation of Mrs. Kanika Rathore to President – Business & Operations.
