Heranba Industries to invest up to Rs 25 crore in agrochemical trading subsidiary, Mikusu India

Heranba Industries Limited announced that its board of directors approved a further investment of up to Rs 25 crore in the share capital of its wholly owned subsidiary, Mikusu India Private Limited, through a rights issue. Mikusu India Private Limited, incorporated on April 9, 2022, is engaged in the trading of agrochemical products and reported a turnover of Rs 182.68 crore as of March 31, 2026. The transaction, which will be conducted at arm’s length, is considered a related party transaction but is exempt under SEBI regulations.
