Pace E-Commerce Ventures Limited, on August 22, 2026, announced that its board approved the appointment of Aditya Gaurangbhai Patel as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Category), effective August 22, 2026, until the next annual general meeting. The board also approved a proposal to change the company's name to either "Aarien Enterprises Limited" or "Aarien Ventures Limited," or another name approved by the Central Registration Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, subject to member approval and other regulatory requirements.
