Poonawalla Fincorp Limited announced on August 22, 2026, that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee has allotted 63,468 equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each under its Employee Stock Option Scheme, increasing the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital to Rs 1,761,151,324 consisting of 880,575,662 equity shares.
