Astonea Labs Limited, formerly Astonea Labs Private Limited, informed the BSE Limited that its members approved an alteration to the Object Clause of the company’s Memorandum of Association at the 9th Annual General Meeting held on August 21, 2026, to expand and align the company’s business activities in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, healthcare, ayurvedic and allied sectors, including manufacturing, processing, marketing, distribution and sale of related products through various channels such as retail, wholesale, institutional sales, e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces.
