Rich Universe Network Limited informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved the Draft Board’s Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, the Draft Notice convening the 36th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 21, 2026, and appointed PCS Mr. Vaibhav Agnihotri of M/s. V. Agnihotri & Associates as the scrutinizer for the meeting; the company will also close its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from September 14, 2026, to September 21, 2026.
