Bajaj Healthcare Limited announced the allotment of 2,500 equity shares following the exercise of employee stock options under the Bajaj Healthcare Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2024, according to a regulatory filing on August 21, 2026. The company realized Rs 12,500 from the exercise of the options, with the shares ranking pari-passu with existing equity, increasing the issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital to Rs 16,83,25,805 divided into 3,36,65,161 equity shares.
