Stellant Securities (India) Ltd. has revised details regarding a preferential issue of 12,89,177 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, priced at Rs 602 per share, aggregating to Rs 77,60,84,554. The revision, announced on August 21, 2026, clarifies the intended use of funds, which will be allocated 98% to investments in equity shares of listed companies and 2% for human resources and advisory services, with a timeline of six months for both. Additionally, the names of Mr. Navam Kothari and Mr. Akash Pawankumar Jain have been removed from the list of proposed allottees due to share sales, and the company noted that the activities carried out are in accordance with the Object Clause of its Memorandum of Association.
