Gujarat Terce Laboratories Limited clarified that the re-appointment of Mr. Aalap Prajapati as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer will be for a period of three years, commencing from October 28, 2026, to October 27, 2029, correcting a previous announcement made on May 29, 2026, which incorrectly stated a five-year tenure. Shareholders approved the re-appointment at the company's 41st Annual General Meeting held on August 21, 2026.
