Golkunda Diamonds & Jewellery Limited announced that its shareholders approved the reappointment of Shashi Ashok Bekal as a Non-Executive & Independent Director for a term of 5 years, effective June 21, 2026, and Kantikumar Dadha as Chairman and whole time Director for a further period of 3 years, effective October 1, 2026. Additionally, the company’s shareholders re-appointed Arvind Dadha as Managing Director and Ashish Dadha as Whole Time Director Cum CFO, both for three-year terms effective October 1, 2026 and April 1, 2027, respectively, as disclosed in a regulatory filing on August 21, 2026.
