Sparkle Gold Rock Limited, formerly known as Sree Jayalakshmi Autospin Limited, will hold a board meeting on August 27, 2026, to consider the acquisition of an entity engaged in marble mining, extraction, processing, and related activities, and to evaluate a proposal for raising funds through the issue of equity shares and/or other eligible securities, potentially including a share swap as consideration for the acquisition.
