Home First Finance Company India Limited plans to raise Rs 150 crore through the issuance of 15,000 senior, secured, rated, listed, taxable, redeemable, transferable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) with a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, on a private placement basis, to be listed on the wholesale debt market segment of BSE Limited. The NCDs will carry an interest rate determined by the prevailing 3-month overnight indexed swap (OIS) based lending rate (FBIL 3M MIBOR-OIS) plus a spread, payable quarterly. The allotment date is proposed for August 28, 2026, with a maturity date of August 22, 2031, and the debentures will be secured by a first ranking pari passu charge over the company's receivables. The board approved this issuance following authorization from shareholders and in accordance with applicable SEBI regulations.
