IDBI Bank's Rs 12,000 crore in debt instruments receive "Watch Positive" ratings from CRISIL, India Ratings, and CARE

IDBI Bank Ltd announced updates to its credit ratings across various debt instruments following a review by multiple agencies. CRISIL has placed its ratings on instruments including Long Term Bank Loans, Perpetual Infra Debt, Tier II Capital Instruments, Subordinated Debt, and Upper Tier II Capital Instruments, all amounting to Rs 12,000 crore, on "Watch Positive," while affirming the ratings at "CRISIL AAA/Stable." Simultaneously, India Ratings and Research has reaffirmed its ratings on Long Term Bank Loans, Perpetual Infra Debt, Tier II Capital Instruments, Subordinated Debt, and Upper Tier II Capital Instruments, totaling Rs 12,000 crore, at "IND AAA," with a "Stable" outlook, and also placed them under "Rating Watch Positive." Finally, CARE Ratings has reaffirmed its ratings on Long Term Bank Loans, Perpetual Infra Debt, Tier II Capital Instruments, Subordinated Debt, and Upper Tier II Capital Instruments, aggregating to Rs 12,000 crore, at "CRISIL AAA (Triple A)," with a "Stable" outlook, and has also assigned a "Positive" outlook.
