HMA Agro Industries to convene a board meeting August 25 to approve annual reports

HMA Agro Industries Limited, formerly Five Star Export House, will hold a board meeting on August 25, 2026, to approve the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, including the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report, and to finalize the Notice for the 18th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for a later date, along with appointing a Statutory Auditor for five years and a Scrutinizer for the AGM.
