Shri Balaji Valve Components Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, August 27, 2026, to approve the draft Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, appoint CZ & Associates LLP as the scrutinizer for the Annual General Meeting, fix the date and venue for the 15th Annual General Meeting, and consider the resignation of the Company Secretary, as well as the reappointment of Mrs. Madhuri Laxmikant Kole as a director.
