Meena Bhushan Kerur to lead Golden Carpets Ltd. as Managing Director for five years

Golden Carpets Ltd. announced changes in director designations on Thursday, August 20, 2026, following a board meeting. Srikrishna Naik will step down as Managing Director to become a Director (Non-Executive & Non-Independent), while Meena Bhushan Kerur will assume the role of Managing Director for a five-year term, subject to member approval at the company's general meeting. The company also reconstituted its Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees, inducting Rohan Bhushan Kerur and changing the chairpersonship of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
