Poojawestern Metaliks re-appointed Vishrolia and Udani as directors for another five years

Poojawestern Metaliks Limited announced the board re-approved the appointment of Hitesh Amritlal Vishrolia and Bimal Sureshkumar Udani as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a second term of five years, effective December 6, 2026, and November 13, 2026, respectively, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, and appointed B. B. Gusani & Associates as the company's statutory auditors for five years, starting after the 10th Annual General Meeting in 2026.
