Jaykay Enterprises Limited’s Rights Issue Committee has approved the issuance of up to 2,05,71,642 partly paid-up equity shares at a price of Rs 75 per share, including a premium of Rs 74, payable in installments, for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 1,55,00,00,000. The rights entitlement ratio is three shares for every 19 shares held, with a record date of August 28, 2026, and the issue opening on September 7, 2026.
