Winsome Textile Industries to convene its 45th Annual General Meeting in Baddi

Winsome Textile Industries Limited will hold its 45th Annual General Meeting on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM at its registered office in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. Shareholders will be asked to approve the audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, and to consider the re-appointment of directors Ashish Bagrodia and Anil Kumar Sharma, who are retiring by rotation.
