Glen Industries Limited announced that its shareholders, at the Nineteenth Annual General Meeting held on August 20, 2026, appointed M/s Tosniwal & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as a Joint Statutory Auditor for a term of five consecutive years commencing from fiscal year 2026-27 until fiscal year 2030-31.
