Tiaan Consumer Limited appointed Parul Agrawal & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a term of five years, from 2026-27 to 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval, and appointed Hitesh Kishor Gajra as Managing Director, also subject to shareholder approval, according to a regulatory filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange on August 20, 2026.
