Shakti Pumps invests Rs 50 crore in EV subsidiary, Shakti EV Mobility Private Limited

Shakti Pumps (India) Limited announced an investment of Rs 50,00,00,000 in its wholly owned subsidiary, Shakti EV Mobility Private Limited, by subscribing to 50,00,000 equity shares, bringing the consolidated investment to Rs 75,00,00,000. Shakti EV Mobility Private Limited, incorporated on December 16, 2021, is engaged in the manufacturing of electric vehicle motors, chargers, controllers, and has a total asset size of Rs 12,857.28 crore as of March 31, 2026.
