Refex Renewables sees promoter Avyan Pashupathy Capital Advisors relinquish its stake

Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Limited said its board approved a request from Avyan Pashupathy Capital Advisors Private Limited, a promoter, to reclassify its status to the ‘public’ category. The transferor promoter, which held 30.94% of the company's equity share capital, transferred its 13,91,869 shares to Refex Holding Private Limited, another promoter, on August 14, 2026. Following the transfer, Avyan Pashupathy Capital Advisors Private Limited will no longer hold any shares in the company. The board will now seek no-objection from the BSE Limited for the reclassification.
