Nava Limited’s equity share capital increases following RSU exercise, per regulatory filings

Nava Limited announced the allotment of 57,501 equity shares following the exercise of vested Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) under the NAVA – RSUs 2023 plan. The shares were allotted at an exercise price of Rs 378 per share, increasing the company's paid-up equity share capital to Rs 28,33,12,597. Nava Limited's Company Secretary, VSN Raju, disclosed the allotment in a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on August 19, 2026.
