Nikki Global Finance Ltd. announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of Ms. Nehalben Vinodkumar Dharsandiya as an Additional Director in the category of Independent Director, and Mr. Vinodkumar Manibhai Patel as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, both effective August 19, 2026, with their appointments subject to shareholder approval.
