Rajasthan Securities Limited separates Chairman and Managing Director roles, appoints Ravindra Ramesh Maloo

Rajasthan Securities Limited, formerly known as Rajasthan Gases Limited, announced changes to its board following a meeting on August 19, 2026. The company bifurcated the Chairman & Managing Director post into separate Chairman (Non-Executive) and Managing Director (Executive) roles, resulting in Nikhilesh Khandelwal relinquishing the Chairman position while retaining the Managing Director and CEO title. Ravindra Ramesh Maloo was appointed as Chairman and reconstituted the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, replacing Nikhilesh Khandelwal as a member.
