Regency Fincorp Limited allotted Rs 60 crore in NCDs to investors via private placement

Regency Fincorp Limited, formerly Regency Investment s Limited, announced the allotment of 60,000 13.50% Listed, Secured, Rated, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") on a private placement basis to identified investors, aggregating to Rs 60 crore. The NCDs, each with a face value of Rs 10,000, will mature on November 19, 2027, and are secured with a security cover ratio of 1.25 times.
