Oracle Financial Services Software Limited announced on August 19, 2026, that its ESOP Allotment Committee approved the allotment of 7,617 equity shares with a face value of Rs 5 each to eligible employees under the OFSS Stock Plan 2014, increasing the company's paid-up capital to Rs 435,415,635 divided into 87,083,127 equity shares.
