Digitide Solutions Limited announced that Suraj Prasad will transition to the role of Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer and Senior Management Personnel, effective October 1, 2026, while continuing as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel until September 30, 2026. Simultaneously, the company appointed Harigovind Krishnasamy as Chief Financial Officer (Designate) with immediate effect, and he will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel from October 1, 2026.
