Emkay Global appoints Rajesh Shah as Independent Director for a five-year term

Emkay Global Financial Services Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Rajesh Shah as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director to its Board of Directors, effective August 19, 2026, for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Shah, who holds DIN 06390775, has approximately 30 years of corporate experience, most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer of the Cement Division of Century Textiles & Industries Limited until its merger with UltraTech Cement Limited, and is currently a Director of AB General Electoral Trust.
