Axis Bank Limited announced on August 18, 2026, that it has allotted 123,174 equity shares of Rs 2 each pursuant to the exercise of stock options/units under its Employee Stock Option/Restricted Stock Unit Scheme, increasing the bank’s paid-up share capital from Rs 6,225,564,486 to Rs 6,225,810,834.
