Radiant Cash Management Services Limited renewed an inter-corporate loan arrangement with its subsidiary, Aceware Fintech Services Private Limited, rolling over the existing outstanding loan and entering into a fresh Loan Agreement. The renewed agreement allows Radiant Cash Management Services to provide financial assistance to Aceware up to an aggregate outstanding amount of Rs 15,00,00,000, with an outstanding of Rs 11,50,00,000 as of August 18, 2026. Radiant Cash Management Services holds 58.21% shareholding in Aceware.
