Innova Captab to revise financial statements following inadvertent errors identified

Innova Captab Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, August 21, 2026, to revise its standalone and consolidated financial statements for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, following the identification of inadvertent errors in previously adopted financial statements, including those of entities within its group. The trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, which was closed from July 1, 2026, and extended on August 13, 2026, will reopen 48 hours after the revised financial statements are declared.
