Ratnaveer Precision Engineering Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from August 18, 2026, until 48 hours after the conclusion of a meeting scheduled for August 20, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
