Ace Software Exports Limited has approved a first call of Rs 30.25 per partly paid-up equity share, of which Rs 2.75 will be adjusted towards face value and Rs 27.50 towards securities premium, for 54,71,101 outstanding partly paid-up equity shares, allotted on December 19, 2025, setting Wednesday, August 26, 2026, as the record date, according to a filing with the BSE Limited on August 18, 2026.
