Laxmi Organic Industries Limited announced the resignations of Dr. Keshav Ruthia, Chief Procurement Officer, and Mr. Salil Mukundan, Chief Technology Officer, both effective October 31, 2026. The resignations are to pursue opportunities outside of Laxmi, and the company stated that responsibilities will be integrated within the existing leadership structure, with no immediate plans for like-for-like replacements at the senior leadership level.
